Terms and Conditions

By ordering from Patricia Padrón you accept these terms. Prices include local taxes where shown and can change before you place an order. We confirm each order by email.

We may decline an order if a piece sells out during checkout or if we cannot verify your payment. Where that happens, we refund you in full.

Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to fill your order and send updates you ask for: your name, address, contact details and a record of your payment. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Write to privacy@patriciapadron.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold. We answer within 30 days.

Exchanges and Returns

Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale.

Email orders@patriciapadron.com to start a return and we will send a prepaid label for your region. Refunds reach your account within ten working days of the studio receiving the piece.
